Lee’s career in the exciting world of design, construction and project management started over 20 years ago. His great passion for different cultures and his constant travels across the globe have enriched his ideas, which, together with his studies in construction, land economics and project management, have allowed him to bring to life unique projects. His strong focus on vision, planning, management and execution are the fundamental characteristics upon which he relies to execute all projects effectively.

Luis’ background in engineering combined with his experience in manufacturing processes and quality for world-class companies such as Epson, Lexmark, RCA and Lear have been fundamental in developing a strong focus on the optimisation of processes, resources’ efficiency and implementation of quality systems, thus creating a systematised structure across our operations.

Nima is a qualified professional engineer recognised by Engineers Australia with BS of Civil Engineer and a MS of Geotechnical Engineering; he brings 10+ extensive experience and proven track record of successful project delivery as a project manager and project engineer on a wide range of residential and commercial projects, as well as infrastructure development projects such as national-scale dams, roads and tunnels in Australia and overseas. Nima is instrumental to maximise the level of satisfaction of Casafabrica’s clients by delivering their project with the best quality within optimum budget and timeframe.

Maura started her career working as product manager for renowned jeweller Cartier, then moved into the realm of public relations with her own agency, and finally settled within the interior design industry specialising in project management. A team player with a knack for numbers and details, and a great passion for visual arts and all things beautiful!

Marianna works within our Projects division to create a collaborative and enjoyable experience for Casafabrica’s clients. Marianna’s business development skills have been honed through years of experience in design, construction and project management, in both residential and commercial sectors within Australia and overseas. Marianna enjoys learning about interior design and the processes involved in delivering the ultimate living experience.

Tiffany holds an Interior Design degree from the prestigious Billy Blue Design School, and as Interior Designer at Casafabrica her focus is on creating more functional spaces that are also very aesthetically pleasing. Her strong sense of style, eye for colour and design, and great attention to details make her an invaluable asset for our company and the clients alike. She not only works with beautiful things, but she designs comfortable and practical working and living environments that are impossible not to love.
