Victorian Terrace – Clients brief was additional space required to create garage facilities incorporating outdoor terrace area to utilise the space completely. Sustainable re use of materials fused into new design scheme. Substantial Excavation which required consulting geotechnical engineer.

The overall outcome will contribute to our clients lives by providing additional facilities and through better flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. This single design change has the greatest impact on the way people experience everyday life at home.
