The aim of the project was to restore the Victorian terrace and bring it into the 21st century to accommodate a modern lifestyle. Casafabrica achieved this by adopting the latest in building techniques and using materials to ensure an environmentally sustainable dwelling alongside traditional methods in regards to the restoration, sympathetic to the period of the house.

Traditional and modern blending together to create a dwelling that is as relevant and functional today as it was in a different era.

The client had a very eclectic taste and loved to collect artefacts from allover the world and display them throughout the house. They also wanted the outdoors to be somehow brought indoor!
