Built in the late 1800’s Young Street, Redfern is a single storey Victorian cottage built modest in scale and simple in form. Casafabrica has been engaged to undertake design and construct work to emphasis the historical elements of the project whilst retaining the objectives of the development during the period Young Street was built.
The client brief was to increase internal spaces, improve natural lighting through out and bring in the contemporary fusion with the old to create a contemporary home fulfilling our clients practical requirements, ensuring the client is able to entertain and improve the way the client and friends/family interact with each other to add to the quality of their lives.
