This original mid-century home located in Roseville Chase has remained untouched since it was built. This massive makeover will retain the home’s mid-century modern charm, while giving it a fresh and contemporary twist. The entire renovation is masterminded by Casafabrica’s head designer Lee Panoyan, who appreciates the beauty of bricks, timber and brass fixtures,  with sleek and smooth finishes. Strong geometric lines, large glass windows will be incorporated into the design. Open spaces that encourage a bleed between indoor and outdoor living, will be key to the success of the new design.
